For more than 25 years, Dr. Rumberger has served the dental needs of Vero Beach residents. He has studied advanced clinical dentistry at the Pankey Institute and has more than two decades of post-doctoral study and experience in aesthetic dentistry, periodontal treatment, and full-mouth reconstruction. You can rest assured that every treatment, from simple to complex, is performed with the utmost precision.
Dr. Rumberger grew up in Fort Myers and attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He and his wife, Sharen, have been married 28 years and have six children.

Dea Gibson, Dental Assistant
Dea Gibson joined our Practice in 1981 as the office dental assistant and front desk receptionist. As the practice grew, she became the full time dental assistant to Dr. Rumberger. Dea really enjoys working with our patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits to our office. Over the years, patients have come to rely on Dea’s presence to give them a sense of calm and reassurance during their appointments.
She is an avid walker, participating in numerous marathons and half marathon events. She placed 3rd in her age group in the Disney Half Marathon in 2008 and 2nd in the Nashville Marathon in 2007. She is a member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, and attends Our Savior Lutheran Church.
Dea has been married to her husband Bob for 51 years, coming to Vero Beach from Hatboro, Pennsylvania. They have three sons, and 7 grandchildren.
